BRIG SUPPLY
The ship HMS Brig Supply was the naval escort to the First Fleet of
Migrants. This ship was the first vessel to raise the Commonwealth flag of
Australia on Australian soil, now celebrated as Australia Day. The vessel
was also featured on a commemorative Australian $10 dollar note
Each ship has a special story to tell and the collection of 4 vessels will
remain together at Sanctuary Cove for all to appreciate until sold by
private treaty.
The collection was proudly handcrafted by a famous Australia Sculpture.
Over a 12 year period, made out of Australian walnut, Maple and local
hardwoods.
The collection would be suited for a private collector or to feature in a
corporate office. The vessels portray a fascinating part of Australian
history for all to enjoy.
The collection has Glass cabinets for dust preservation and museum display
cabinets would be approximately $1500 per cabinet, built in a hardwood of
choice if required.
